As a State Farm customer since around 1990, I've had many different agents as I've moved around the country. Not all agents are created equal. Ken and Harper are always happy to answer questions, model different scenarios for me, and treat my referrals with respect. If you look at my reviews, they are generally quite lengthy and thorough. I don't generally provide a review unless something exceptional (good or bad) has occurred. As a business owner, I also understand how important they are for visibility and success. The Jon Jones office hasn't changed my life, but they do make it a little better each time I interact with them."
